Varun Ajjarapu

Varun Ajjarapu is Co-Founder of Thunder Rock Capital, where he advises public and private companies on strategic advisory and capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, equity and debt financings, and other corporate finance initiatives. He works closely with executive management teams, boards of directors, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic capital providers to develop and execute financing and strategic advisory solutions across a broad range of industries. Prior to co-founding Thunder Rock Capital, Varun was with D. Boral Capital, where he advised emerging growth companies on capital markets transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, and public and private capital raises. He has experience supporting companies through complex financing processes, transaction execution, investor engagement, and public market transactions. Varun earned a Master of Professional Studies in Business Analytics from Cornell University. He was a member of the Penn State basketball program and attended the United States Coast Guard Academy. He holds FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 securities licenses.
